Mrs Bertha Pots, wife from Mr Joseph De Bruyn,

mother of our committee members Mr André De Bruyn & Mrs Linda De Geyter,

grandmother of Mr Stijn De Bruyn, Mrs Lore De Bruyn &  - Mr Jorden Ricour.

Our condelances to her children, grandchildren and her family and friends.

 

After the funeral ceremony their will be in Hall "Hof ter Haegen" 1570 Vollezele Crijnemstraat 10 the coffee table.

Committee members and members of the Belgian Pug Dog Club are welcome,

but we would need to know this at the latest Thursday morning 02/05
who wish to come to the coffee table (i.v.m. the order).

The Belgian Pug Dog Club attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data (and that your privacy is respected). Your personal data is processed by the Belgian Pug Dog Club for the following purposes and legal grounds: 

1) Member lists of the clubs

· The following personal identity data is stored in a digital file and in hard copy (in the membership application and the signed code of honor): name, first name, address, telephone number and / or mobile phone number, e-mail.

· This data is managed by the board of the organization. Data is only accessible to the board and is only used for internal communication when necessary.

· The data is retained for a maximum of one year after the member leaves.



2) Data from participants in canine activities

· Following personal identity details is stored in a digital file and in hard copy (registration form): name, first name, address, telephone number and / or mobile phone number, e-mail.

· This data is managed by the board of the organization. Data is only accessible to the board and is only used for internal communication when necessary.

· This data is kept in a hard copy for five years.

· By registering to a canine activity, the participant agrees that the data is treated and saved in the above described manner.

We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we obtained the data. Furthermore, we will not transfer the information you provide to third parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.

All persons who are able to access your data on behalf of the Belgian Pug Dog Club are obliged to maintain their confidentiality. Our collaborators have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data.
